COMMENTS
The Tigers have moved a step closer to securing a finals spot with an exciting 15 point victory over the Magpies. Since taking over the helm Kris Massie has recorded a 3-1 record.

Glenelg were superior in the first half and led by 39 points early in the third quarter. However, Port staged a gusty revival to claw within 2 points at the final change.

The Tigers restored the iniative in the last quarter to extended the lead to 19 points at the midway mark. Port kept coming at the Tigers and drew within a goal late into time-on but the Bays continued to responded to the challenge to clinch the precious two points.

Unfortunately for the Seasiders Ty Allen is expected to be on the sidelines for 8 weeks with a dislocated thumb.
